How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please visit our online portal and print your prepaid shipping label.
How should I care for my SWIMS footwear?
Most of our loafers and galoshes are machine washable at 30°C. We recommend removing the insole and placing the shoes in a laundry bag before washing. Always air dry.
