Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange notification once processed.
